Our Free Company events are usually scheduled for prime time in the Central and Eastern time zones.We have members with all kinds of interests - some enjoy raiding, while others play more casually. Real life comes first, so take the game at your own pace.We also host beginner-friendly raid learning parties led by experienced raiders. It's a no pressure way to try raiding in a relaxed environment. Huge thanks to our veteran raiders for making these events possible!
While we don't have a dedicated FC raiding static, you'll likely find like-minded players who share your interests.And even though we aren't solely an RP Free Company, we do have members who enjoy roleplaying - so feel free to join in if that's your thing!

Members who have not logged in for 180 days will be removed from the Free Company. Your Discord role will change to Visitor, but you'll retain full access to stay connected with us in our public chat channels.We understand life can get busy! If you know you'll be away for more than 180 days, please let us know in advance. We are happy to make exceptions for members who communicate with us beforehand.If you find yourself removed after an inactivity period, please reach out to us! We are always excited to reconnect with returning members. Just send us a message on Discord or in-game, and we'll re-add you right away.

For older content that is no longer current, as long as discussions and content sharing do not spoil the story, they are okay.3. 1. Please don't talk about anything spoiler related in our voice channels unless everyone in chat is okay with it.2. Member RanksRecruit (New Member): This is the starting rank for new members who have just joined Redemption.Disciple (1 Month Member): Members who have been in the Free Company for one month and have earned more access and perks than Recruits.Redeemed (3 Month Member): Members who have been in the Free Company for three months, have even more access and perks than Disciples and are considered active members of Redemption.Champion (6 Month Member): Members who have been in the Free Company for six months, have the most access and perks of the non-officer ranks, and are considered long-term members of Redemption.Herald (Event Coordinator): Members who are passionate about planning and possibly leading FC events. This is a volunteered role for members that want to be more hands on in assisting with events and activities.

Officer/Leader RanksSquire (Officer-In-Training): A temporary rank for members who are learning and training to become an Officer (Cardinal or Knight). They have the same responsibilities and expectations as their respective Cardinals and Knights, and are considered on the same level as them.Cardinal (Officer): Responsible for creating and leading social events and activities within the Free Company and on the Free Company's Discord server. They work to encourage a positive and active atmosphere both in-game and on the Discord server.Knight (Officer): Responsible for addressing internal affairs and ensuring the smooth operation of the Free Company. They work primarily behind the scenes compared to Cardinals.High Council (Leaders): Responsible for overseeing every aspect of the Free Company, with a focus on long-term planning and guiding the Free Company's future. They work closely with Officers (Squires, Cardinals, and Knights) to ensure the smooth operation of the Free Company.Advisor (Inactive Officer/Leader): A former Officer or High Council member who is currently inactive or needs to step away from their responsibilities for an extended period of time.

100% FC Room Reimbursement
Available to all members of our Free Company.In order to be eligible to buy a FC room, you must have reached the rank of Second Lieutenant in your Grand Company.Once you have purchased a FC room, please inform one of our officers or High Council leaders so we can reimburse you for the 300k cost of your room.Thavnairian Onions
Available to members who have reached the Redeemed rank or higher.Thavnairian Onions are used to increase the level cap of Chocobos that are level 10 or above, with a maximum level of 20. If your Chocobo is below level 10, you do not need an Onion to continue leveling them up.If your Chocobo is currently at the level cap and needs an Onion, please contact an Officer or High Council member on discord or in-game.- We will not provide members with gil to buy Onions.
- Members will receive one Onion from our stockpile at a time, when the Chocobo is ready to level up, not before.
- We will not provide multiple Onions for a single Chocobo at a time.FC Uniform
Given to all members when attending any FC event.Although optional, we encourage members to wear their uniform when attending our FC events. Wear those red colors proud!

Company Workshop Crafts
All members are welcome to use our company workshop.To start a company project, contact an Officer or High Council member in discord or in-game. They will initiate the project for you.Please make sure you have all the materials and are ready to complete the project before reaching out to them. This is to be respectful of other members who may also want to use the workshop and for our Officers to prioritize crafting FC buffs and airship/submarine components.FC Buffs
Free Company buffs are active all the time and provide benefits to all members of Redemption.The two main buffs provided are:
1. Reduced Rates II - This buff reduces your teleportation costs by 30%, saving you gil on teleporting.
2. Heat of Battle II - This buff increases your combat experience by 10%, making it easier to level up your Disciple of War and Disciple of Magic jobs.Members can request a change to the second buff, if there are no requests then the Heat of Battle II buff will be active by default.If you would like a different buff to be scheduled for a day or for a set amount of hours, let an Officer or High Council member know!Additionally, for the release of new major patches and expansions, the Free Company will have Grade III buffs active for a set amount of time.These higher-grade buffs provide even greater benefits to members, so be sure to take advantage of them while they are available!
